The dreaded early Vespa V90 motor is a prime example of how to make tuning an engine as fickle as possible. Originally it came with a 3 speed gearbox. Trying to fit a 4-speed gearbox is, aside from getting the parts, not an easy undertaking. Clearance needs to be machined in two location to fit a 125cc Primary (27/69). Once done, a variety of gearboxes can be fitted.
