Based on the bullet proof stock 200 engine, the 208cc modification utilizes the good of the motor and brings the outdated to the 21st century. Using SmartCarb technology for great power development we take the stock barrel tuning on the Vespa P200E to the next level and deliver a incredibly torquey engine without reaching for a 210 or larger kit.

Providing your 200 engine, with intact rotary pad, you will get:

• Modified, bored and honed 200 cylinder to the appropriate size/oversize, with new ports cut into the cylinder for better flow as well as new high quality piston

• Matching ports cut into the crank case and the useless exisiting ports shut.

• Mazzucchelli Long stroke crank shaft pushing the 200 to whooping 208.

• Modified rotary pad for longer intake timing and better flow

• SmartCarb 28mm with custom throttle, quick throttle (if it is a P-style bike) on a Polini intake and with a Malossi e13 filter (or filter of your choice). No more jets and incredible power delivery.

• Malossi Classic Power exhaust which has been tested to be the best performing box on this setup in our tests.

• Short 4th gear to liven up the 200!

• New shroud and flywheel cover.

• All new internals, such as buffers, seals and bearings.
