Vespa 175cc "race" engine, one of my personal motor. Currently dirty, will be cleaned. Only 1 available.
Specs:
PX150 cases with e-start, unstamped.
Mazz long stroke crank, with very long intake time, short rotary pad on PX ported to the max. extend.
Cases ported to kingdom come, working off a pre-existent port job.
Malossi 166cc Cast iron cylinder, stroked, 133/192 intake/exhaust timings. 1st overbore and graphite coated piston.
On Small Wheels Right Hand side stainless steel exhaust.
HRS Vortex carb (unsure about the gen.), easy to tune with a little learning curve.
Custom carb cover for max. air flow.
6 spring banded clutch
Cut swingarm for wide tire, mounted with normal wheel, spacer on opposite side then.
Clauss Studios Polyurethane bushings.
Fresh bearings since rebuild.
Will rebuild with fresh gaskets and seals as well as clean for you.
23/65 primary and P200 EFL gearing in the gearbox, with a short 4th.
Comes with fresh flywheel cover and shroud
Some numbers, with a Malossi ignition:
60.xxmph in the 1/8th at the Knoxville Dragway.
Highway commuter.
With a 130/70-10 Wide tire ran easy 80+ mph, gearing for over 90+mph.
Revs to 10.500-11.000 rpm on rotary intake! (+/- unsure about the accuracy of the gauge)
When it hits, it hits. All the power, all up top. Very oldschool style build with the carb, rotary, barrel and exhaust.
